2Permitted Fair Use

You may reference the FlutterGive brand name or display official logo media solely to identify active campaigns, share community impact stories, or link to active fundraising pages. All usage must remain accurate and truthful, without implying official partnership, financial sponsorship, or corporate endorsement without explicit prior written consent.

3Prohibited Trademark Uses

To prevent fraud, donor deception, and misrepresentation, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Deploying FlutterGive assets to promote unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal campaigns.
• Altering colors, proportions, typography, or styling of official brand badges and logos.
• Registering domains, handles, or app titles incorporating "FlutterGive" trademarks.
• Impersonating FlutterGive support or officers in communications or campaign media.
