1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlutterGive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Nature

• FlutterGive is a crowdfunding platform that allows users to create campaigns and give to campaigns.
• FlutterGive does not hold campaign funds. All funds are processed and held by licensed third-party payment processors.
• FlutterGive is not a peer-to-peer transfer platform. You may not use FlutterGive for direct transfers outside campaign donations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during registration and KYC.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use FlutterGive for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.

4. Campaigns & Donations

Campaigns go live immediately and are the sole responsibility of their creators. FlutterGive does not guarantee that campaign content is accurate or that funds will be used as described.

5. Payouts & KYC

• Withdrawals require KYC verification and admin approval.
• Payout details must match your verified identity to prevent fraud.
• FlutterGive may suspend withdrawals for reported campaigns/users until review.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlutterGive is provided "as is" and makes no warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
